The 2021 THE REWIND Rosé is a new, yet old and familiar style of rosé for us. This version is a throwback to my original version of our customer cult favorite signature rosé called PORCH.
Lighter in style, this Syrah-based wine packs aromas of lychee fruit and warm strawberries with light citrus and floral flavors and finishes with a very slight sweetness balanced with just enough acid. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% Stainless Steel tanks.
The 2020 UNDONE… Rosé is a different style of Rosé for us, lighter and fruitier.

The name PORCH for me signifies a wine that can be enjoyed on a sunny day on the Porch, deck or patio or wherever you find your peaceful solace. We even break out a bottle Rose’ in the dead of winter when we just need to put our spirits into a summertime mood.
As it swirls in your glass, the wine gives aromas of warm strawberry fields. Flavors of cranberries balanced with ripe summer plums, finishing with slight tannins and a hint of spice, which are key characteristics of Washington State Syrah.
Our 2015 PORCH is a Rosé of Syrah from Konnowac Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel tanks. For me, the name PORCH signifies a wine that can be enjoyed on a sunny day on the porch, deck or patio –– or wherever you find your peaceful solace. This Rosé of Syrah was whole-cluster-pressed in order to minimize skin contact time which would develop a lighter color, however, came out with a light pomegranate color that is darker than most traditional Rosé wines. As it swirls in your glass, the wine gives aromas of warm strawberry fields. Flavors of cranberries balanced with dark black plum freshen your tastes, finishing with slight tannins and a hint of spice –– key characteristics of a Washington State Syrah.
Sometimes in winemaking, as in life, you encounter situations when you need to put your trust in others. This 100% Cabernet Franc Rosé is especially important to us because it was crafted with the love and support of our friends and family during a time when events reminded us just how little we control our own lives and how important it is to value those we love. Our village of support helped us to bring this fruity and silky Rosé from the Alder Ridge vineyard to your home.
